With this seminar you will achieve the following goals:

In this seminar, participants learn the basic methodology of an agile approach. You will learn which roles perform which tasks in an agile project and how you can use which development methods and tools in a targeted manner. In addition, they learn to master one of the most difficult and complex challenges – the organization of joint collaboration – using agile methodology.

Following this Scrum training, participants will have the necessary information to take the certification exam.
