AVGS coaching: up to 100% cost coverage
All our coaching sessions are eligible for state funding. This means that the state will cover the costs of your coaching. This should make it easier for you to start or return to work.
The voucher for your professional coaching is called an Activation and Placement Voucher (AVGS). You can request this from your employment agency or job center. We have summarized all the relevant information about the AVGS for you in our blog article.

You choose your coach yourself. Our consultants will then organize an initial online meeting in which you can get to know your desired coach without obligation.
