Overview: The SAP® levels

It is important to us that you can continue your education according to your needs. We have therefore developed various qualification levels for your SAP certification. All levels include at least the SAP Foundation Level certification. This means that even as an SAP beginner, you can choose from 4 different levels without missing out on relevant basic knowledge.

You choose your desired level to suit your learning or job objective . You decide for yourself how comprehensively you want to train and how much time you want to spend on it. For example, as an SAP beginner, you can take the “soft” entry via level 1 and concentrate on the basics first. Or you can go straight to Level 3 and continue your training to become an SAP consultant.

Your “gentle” entry into the SAP world: You will acquire the SAP Foundation Level certification.

You will familiarize yourself with terms such as ERP system, SAP HANA or SAP Fiori and build up basic skills in working with the SAP system. Depending on your interests and professional goals, you can then gain further qualifications at user or consultant level.

At this level, you will qualify as a sought-after user in your desired SAP module.

After Foundation Level certification, you will be taught the basics in a user module. You will then acquire in-depth knowledge in the respective module and complete the user certification (Business User). You will also receive an overview of another user module.

Here you will qualify as a sought-after SAP consultant. You will complete 3 recognized SAP certifications and acquire both practical user knowledge and in-depth expert knowledge.

In the “CaseStudy – Customizing” project week, you will try out the customization of the SAP system: you will learn how to adapt the standard SAP product to the specific requirements of your company and how to optimally map the individual processes.
