This is made possible by our modular course system, which allows you to learn according to your needs. Specifically, this means that you can book your desired training course as an individual course, combine several courses or attend the complete course. Our experienced trainers focus primarily on practical skills and key competencies for the digital world of work.

Many of our courses end with a certification exam, which you can pass to gain internationally recognized certificates from market leaders such as Microsoft, SAP® or Oracle. You show that you have qualified technical, methodological and product knowledge - and become an attractive applicant or employee. You will also receive a GFN certificate of attendance.

If no certification exam takes place, you will be issued with a GFN certificate upon completion and successful completion of the exam. It serves as proof of the skills you have acquired. This way you can prove that you are the right person for the position during the application process or in the event of an upcoming promotion.

At GFN, you will acquire skills and certificates in training modules lasting between one week and three months that will help you in your job or career. As a career changer, you can also complete comprehensive courses lasting 8 to 12 months .

Depending on your training needs and job objectives, we will put together an individual training plan for you.

Some training courses are designed for beginners and do not require any special prior knowledge or educational qualifications. Other courses require a specific school/professional qualification or are specifically aimed at people with several years of professional experience who are interested in further training.

The minimum requirement for all courses is participation in a non-binding consultation. As the language of instruction is German, with a few exceptions, a good knowledge of German is also a prerequisite for most further education courses.

The best way to find out about the respective requirements is to read the course descriptions. Of course, our advisors will also be happy to provide you with information.

The terms "further training" and "continuing education" are hardly differentiated from each other in everyday language. However, there is one important difference:

Further vocational training is designed to prepare you for specific tasks, new technologies or more responsibility in your current job. It requires a professional qualification and relevant professional experience. By training in your profession, you secure your continued employment (adaptation training) and can also move up the career ladder (higher-qualification vocational training). The training costs are usually borne by the employer.

You can also deepen or expand your existing knowledge and skills with further vocational training - regardless of whether you are currently employed or what you do for a living. Further training therefore provides you with skills for your professional future that go beyond your current job or the profession you have learned. By continuing your education, you broaden your skillset, create additional career prospects and increase your chances of entry or promotion.
