Funding opportunities: What are the education voucher and the AVGS?
Both are funding offers from the employment agency or job center. The education voucher (BGS for short) can be used to finance up to 100% of further vocational training – with the aim of improving your qualifications and increasing your chances on the job market. The AVGS (Activation and Placement Voucher) provides you with targeted support for professional integration, e.g. through coaching or job application training.

AI competence for the job - exclusively for GFN participants
Three free self-study courses are now available to all participants, providing practical AI knowledge - from the basics and possible applications to legal requirements, effective prompting and the use of ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. A certificate is issued on completion of each module.
Anyone who successfully completes all three modules, including the exam, will receive the AI License as a meaningful proof of competence for job applications and everyday professional life. In addition, all participants in our retraining and continuing education programs can receive a personal Copilot license for the duration of their training—including a free introduction to working with Microsoft Copilot. The license is automatically applied for upon completion of the introductory e-learning course.
