This is where coaching can provide new motivation and clarity. Our coaches look at where you currently stand and support you in taking the next steps towards the job market according to your needs.
Your advantage: GFN and our entire range of courses are certified according to AZAV (Accreditation and Approval Ordinance for Employment Promotion). We therefore meet the requirements for the employment agency or job center to cover your training costs.

Good to know: With funding such as the education voucher or AVGS, you can take part in our retraining, further training and coaching courses free of charge. You save the full course costs as well as any additional costs for travel or childcare. You can find out more on our funding opportunities page. As a recipient of citizen’s allowance, you also benefit from an additional €150 per month in training allowance if you decide to retrain.

1 If you fail the exam, you can repeat your training (with the exception of SAP® certification) free of charge until you successfully complete it – without another training voucher. The success guarantee only applies to the next possible course offered by GFN. Any examination fees, system/software fees or individual support services provided by the cost bearer, e.g. ALG I/citizen’s allowance, are not covered.
2 With us, you can be sure of job opportunities far above the market average: over 95 percent of our graduates start their careers after completing their sponsored GFN training.
3 After successfully completing your subsidized retraining, you can receive 2,500 euros further training bonus from your employment agency or job center.
